A Work Of Art “Pay Forward” # 314

I greet The Indwelling Divine Designer.

Today’s “Pay Forward” gift is - A Work Of Art.  “Most human beings have an almost infinite capacity for taking things for granted” Aldous Huxley.  A work of art greeted me at my office today, a squirrel. Michelangelo was a great artist, but he could not create the likes of a squirrel. This squirrel opened my heart.   We caught a number of squirrels in our backyard at home; I relocated some of the squirrels at my office.  We have lots of oak trees for them to make a home.   These trees share an abundance of acorns to nourish on. At first, some of these little guys were unhappy, and they fussed at me.  They did not approve of the relocation, no more than I would. When I was relocated to a sober life, I did a little fussing. Today, the squirrels and I are joyful, happy and free; the tone of our chatter is friendly. Both the squirrels and I love our dwelling place. Everything we need is abundantly supplied by our Father. One of these friendly guys greets me often that is when the cat is not present. We are all works of art, so why not act like it and stop fussing.  “Showing gratitude is one of the simplest yet most powerful things humans can do for each other” Randy Pausch. Thy Love, Thy Will be done.
