114 Mental Equivalent

 

MENTAL EQUIVALENT

I am building a Mental Equivalent of my heart’s desire, which is my mission. When I am consciously living it, and making a continuing list of what it is like when I am on the path and when I am not my building improves. One side of the page I list what I realize complements my heart’s desire and on the other side I list what is contrary.

1. My thinking has depth and wisdom

2. Good new ideas flow freely

3. I can stay focused on a project and find solutions

4. I am excited about new ideas

5. My thoughts are harmonious, productive and useful

6. I have thoughts of joining, sharing and wholeness

7. I am wise and understanding

8. My thoughts are sincere, creative and positive with purpose and meaning

9. My thinking is expansive, free and unbound by old ideas, I practice right thinking, humble thinking

10. I am a good communicator, people love to hear what I have to share

11. All levels of consciousness are open

12. I can work well on a complex project

13. I am nonjudgmental

14. I practice the characteristics of successful people (Higher purpose, focused, readiness, conviction, faith, trust, risk taking, creativity, curiosity, perseverance, resilience, independence, commitment and courage)

15. I have a good temper and a good sense of humor

16. I willingly cut down on the mental chatter

17. I am not distracted from the Omni-flow nor am I blocked off from it

18. I stay open and focused on my wanted experience

19. I have cut out mental distractions

20. My mind in still

21. Thinking living thoughts of Reality and Truth awaken

22. I find it easy to have useful, positive and less limited thoughts

23. I am able to realize our Spiritual Designs which will automatically heal at all levels

24. When I become conscious I am in a High or low Mental Cycle I quickly accept it as part of the Omni-flow

25. I know consciously when a Treatment is complete.

26. I am centered in a Higher Conscious, I only need to say Father.

1. My thoughts lack purpose or meaning

2. Negative thoughts fill my mind

3. My destructive thoughts take me off my path

4. Disjoined, useless or wasteful thoughts take over

5. I have thoughts of withholding and withdrawing

6. Defensive and guarded thoughts limit me

7. I focus on the dead past or the unknown future

8. Fearful thoughts waste my time

9. Angry thoughts turn into resentments

10. I have too many thoughts focused on quilt and punishment

11. It tries me out looking of solutions alone and unaided

12. When I have to figure it out mentally it tries me out

13. I am too serious

14. I am distracted by TV, radio and my computer

15. I am caught up in the day-to-day stuff, routines

16. I am distracted by my mind chatter – what am I going to do tonight or this weekend – in other words I do not stay focused in the present

17. I am caught up in what others think of me

18. I am caught up in the illusions of my personal "reality"

19. I am unable to think as a created individual with a purpose

20. No focus with fragmented thinking

21. My thinking turns to negative thoughts, like a disappointment and this takes me off the Path

22. A normal Mental Cycle is not as a cycle but something which will not change and I over react

23. I am unsure when a Treatment is done.
