SPIRITUAL EQUIVALENT
I am building a Spiritual Equivalent of my heart’s desire, which is my mission. When I am consciously living it, and making a continuing list of what it is like when I am on the path and when I am not my building improves. One side of the page I list what I realize complements my heart’s desire and on the other side I list what is contrary.

1. When I am in that Spiritual Flow I experience warmth and love. Wisdom flows freely and I am at peace 2. I am intuitive - in direct conscious union 3. I experience Your Attributes Father (life, love, truth, reality, wisdom, intelligence, spirit, consciousness, soul, universal principles, Omnipresence, Omnipotence, Omniscience) 4. I am centered in You as I say Your Sacred Name - I am in conscious union with You Father within 5. My prayers have meaning and they seem real 6. My meditations are exciting, fulfilling, expanding and often fun and I am open to divine wisdom and new understanding 7. I have the Power, the faith, the Love of God 8. I am joined with those I share with 9. I know Your Voice is directing me specifically telling me what to do, say, think and feel in a way I can currently hear, understand and follow 10. I am filled with gratitude – Trusting You for all - I have an enduring faith in Your grace, Father 11. I can center in the Presence for an instant and experience Its Reality 12. I experience abundance in whatever area I am focused 13. I am committed at a new level holding nothing back 14. I am seeking Your will and guidance Father in everything I do, say, think and feel. 15. I am loving, pure in heart and humble of spirit 16. I am focused in my prayers and meditations on my heart’s desire – this Spiritual Flow – Omni-flow 17. I welcome the natural pathway of this Omni-flow of a Divine Awakening, of Omnipresence 18. I am living in Omni-surrender and Omni-conscious Union 19. I know there is a perfect Spiritual Design for everything and every level 20. I know nothing can limit Your Presence, Father – only my illusions can get in the way of a delay 21. I ask for Omni-grace - Omni-mercy – Omni-flow

1. I experience no Spiritual Conscious contact 2. I experience separation form all others 3. I am in the letter of the law and not the Spirit of the law 4. My prayers are cold 5. My meditations have no depth or wisdom 6. I am tired because I am on my own source 7. I have little or no faith or trust in You Father - I have too much negative stuff 8. I experience "spiritual" darkness 9. I use the wrongs done or not done as an excuse why I lack more of Your Grace, Father 10. I let my illusions of lack and limits control me so I am not in conscious union with You Father within me 11. I have no conscious union with created Self 12. When I am in a low Spiritual Cycle I turn away from this Omni-flow 13 When I am in a High Spiritual Cycle I am over grateful 14. I can not let go of something useless or harmful to turn it over to our Higher Power
